La Sportiva EPIC Ski Tour is a ski mountaineering event in the heart of the beautiful Dolomites. The formula is simple: 2 days, 2 races for the racers and 2 amazing tours for all ski mountaineering lovers including lots of entertainment!<\/p>\n
On 22nd and 23rd February 2019, the winter spectacle will take place for the third time in Val di Fiemme. At 10:00 a.m. you can test La Sportiva products in the Palafiemme and equip yourself for a FREE excursion in the snow with Omar Oprandi<\/b>, a legend in ski mountaineering and a trained mountain guide. A pleasure tour with tips and tricks from Omar. Comfortable speed, the breathtaking scenery and fun are in first position here.<\/b><\/p>\n
On Friday evening, at 05:30 p.m.<\/b>, a night race takes place. Here TOP athletes from all over the world compete. In addition, there is also an offer for hobby ski mountaineers<\/b>. Everyone can take part in the tour and go up the Alpe Cermis with a headlamp and ski down the slopes in a group, led by a mountain guide<\/b>. After the tour there will be a gourmet pasta party in the Palafiemme and afterwards there will be an EPIC Party in Cavalese – there are conventions in different bars and clubs as well as lots of music and a good atmosphere!<\/p>\n
The second day<\/b>, Saturday, offers another great tour and a spectacular race. At 09:00 a.m. all athletes and skimo lovers will start together. Here you can discover the beautiful nature park Paneveggio<\/b>. For the 4ALL participants there are two routes – one for beginners and one for advanced<\/b> – so each participant can decide which tour to take according to his fitness and experience. Together with the mountain guide the participants have to explore the wonderful winter landscapes. A pit stop at an alpine hut can then be made halfway.<\/p>\n
For the tour on Friday and the short tour on Saturday the 4ALL participants do not need any special equipment like shovel, snow probe and ARVA. But a helmet is always mandatory!<\/b><\/p>\n
