EPIC Ski Tour in Davos takes place at the Jakobshorn ski resort. Next to the race track and Restaurant After7, where the organisational headquarters and Pasta Party are located, the EXPO& TESTIVAL Area is a MUST for all participants, visitors and ski mountaineering lovers! We offer a 360° insight into the product range of this trend sport! A large selection of exhibitors, a great atmosphere and even a small test track await you!

COURSE

The highlights of the event is the 1K Vertical, from the Bolgen area up to the Jakobshorn, and the Individual Race with +1,600m of positive altitude difference and 11 km length in the Jakobshorn ski area. In addition to several ascents and descents, there are also spectacular foot sections! Of course there are also different courses for the different categories.

The deposit will be given back when returning the chip.

Following the motto “4ALL”, in addition to the classic race format of the EPIC Ski Tour DAVOS, there is the possibility to complete various tours without timekeeping and with a qualified mountain guide. There are different difficulty groupsRookie, Beginner, Advanced – of course, the rhythm is adapted to the condition of the group!

The EXPO & Testival Area is a MUST for all ski mountaineering enthusiasts! A large selection of exhibitors, a great atmosphere and even a small test track await you! Come by and bring your friends and family – whether just to stroll through or even to test something out – sure everyone finds something interesting at the EPIC Testival!

GETTIN THERE AT DAVOS

You will travel to your holiday destination in comfort and stress-free by train: tou can sit back, relax and enjoy the view – the train brings you and your luggage safely and in comfort to your destination. You travel by Swiss national rail (SBB) to Landquart and then continue on with the Rhaetian railway (RhB) to Klosters or Davos.

Timetable information
At www.sbb.ch you will find all timetable information for your journey by public transport to, in and around Davos Klosters by train (Swiss national rail – SBB / Rhaetian railway – RhB) incl. post van and local bus in Davos (VBD) and Klosters-Serneus.

Davos Klosters lies at the heart of Grisons in east Switzerland. If you are arriving by car, take the motorway in the direction of Chur and then take the Landquart exit heading for Davos. During the journey you will be put in the mood for your holiday by the fantastic mountain landscape. In the winter, heavy snowfalls may make snow chains essential from Klosters (unless arriving by all-wheel vehicle). For electric vehicles there are two charging stations.

Swiss motorways
From Zurich, take the A3/A13 motorway (follow the green signs) towards Chur until reaching Landquart. From Landquart continue on canton road 28 to Davos Klosters. Note that you will need a motorway vignette (CHF 40.00) for motorways in Switzerland. This is available at all
border controls, petrol stations and post offices. For further information on Swiss motorways: www.autobahnen.ch.

Vereina tunnel
The RhB transports you and your car quickly and safely through the Vereina. In this way, Autoverlad Vereina creates a safe connection between Klosters and Unterengadin.

You can access Davos Klosters with ease by air. Fly to Zurich and travel on from the airport by rail, shuttle bus or taxi.
